Northrop & Johnson welcomes Yacht Broker Stan Zhang to the Thailand office

Northrop & Johnson is excited to announce the addition of Stan Zhang to its team as a Yacht Broker. Based in Hong Kong, Stan brings a unique blend of international experience and cultural insight to his role, serving clients throughout Asia and beyond.

Stan has spent the past 16 years living and working in some of the world's most dynamic coastal cities, from New Zealand to China, where he gained valuable perspective from both Eastern and Western cultures. His years living in New Zealand instilled a profound respect for the ocean, shaping his belief that the sea is not something to conquer, but something to understand.

Stan held the position of Project General Manager for a major real estate developer in Shenzhen. He led large-scale projects in top-tier cities like Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, honing his leadership and strategic thinking in some of Asia's most competitive markets. Driven by a lifelong passion for yachting, Stan moved into the marine industry, joining Hong Kong's Nextwave Yachting as Sales Manager. In this position, he represented several international shipyards across Southeast Asia, further strengthening his regional expertise and global network.

Stan is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and he splits his time between his main office in Thailand and satellite locations in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Taiwan, all vibrant hubs for the growing Asian yachting scene.

With his proven leadership, international experience, and deep respect for the yachting industry, Stan is a strong addition to Northrop & Johnson's growing presence in Asia.
