Shogun Yachts is proud to announce a strategic production partnership with Ocean Quality Systems (OQS), the Jakobstad-based boat builder renowned for its advanced carbon fibre construction expertise, world-class engineering, and production of the critically acclaimed Ocean Explorer range of luxury performance bluewater sailing multihulls. This collaboration combines Shogun's innovative yacht designs with OQS's specialised carbon fibre manufacturing capabilities and master-level craftsmanship.

The partnership establishes production at OQS's state-of-the-art Finnish facility, located alongside the shipyards of Nautor Swan and Baltic Yachts, The facility leveraging decades of experience in carbon composite engineering and precision craftsmanship. OQS's technical expertise will enhance the construction of Shogun's performance yachts, including the Shogun 43 and Shogun 50 models, utilising cutting-edge carbon fibre techniques and luxury interior craftsmanship developed through years of specialised practice.

OQS brings extensive knowledge in carbon fibre moulding, vacuum infusion processes, and structural optimisation engineering of the highest standard specifically for high-performance marine applications. Their technical team's deep understanding of carbon composites ensures optimal weight distribution, structural integrity, and performance characteristics in every yacht produced.
