For years, acquiring a davit involved long lead times, custom fabrication, and complex logistics. The new system brings a paradigm shift to the davit market from built-to-order solutions to an in-stock, on-the-shelf product available at marine retailers across the globe. The Davit in a Box is a complete, all-in-one, ready-to-install system that combines Davco's renowned engineering with the convenience of retail accessibility.

The lightweight 130-pound Davit in a Box boasts a 500-pound capacity thanks to the use of advanced marine-grade 316 stainless steel construction. The power system offers a 12/24V multi-voltage hoist winch with an integrated solenoid for simple installation and easy operation. To maximize usable deck space for leisure and activity, the Davit in a Box features a new and improved bi-fold design, which allows the entire system to be neatly folded away into a minimal footprint.
