MarineMax is proud to announce the promotion of Nick Pavlakis to General Manager of MarineMax Jupiter, recognizing his outstanding leadership, consistent performance, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Nick joined MarineMax nearly eight years ago, bringing with him extensive boating experience and a lifelong passion for life on the water. Having spent his summers charter and commercial fishing in Cape Cod, Nick honed his skills and competitive spirit early on, qualities that have continued to define his success at MarineMax.
From the start of his sales career at MarineMax St.Petersburg, Nick quickly distinguished himself as a top performer, becoming the youngest team member to reach Chairman's Circle, an honor he earned three consecutive times. His drive and customer-first approach led to a Top 10 national ranking, followed by his promotion to Business Manager of North Palm Beach. His leadership helped the team achieve excellence in both F&I and FANS performance, finishing 13th overall across the company.
Building on that success, Nick transitioned to Business Manager of MarineMax Jupiter upon the store's grand opening. Over the past two years, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in sales, deal management, and team building, consistently elevating the customer experience. His strategic guidance was especially evident this past spring when he led the Cruisers Yachts team to record-breaking results at the Palm Beach International Boat Show.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and embracing the outdoor, sunny Palm Beach lifestyle. When not with family, he enjoys catching local tuna or sailfish, duck hunting in the marsh, or even hunting alligators in the swamp.
