BIA and Marine Jobs were invited by Queensland Government to exhibit at Indo Pacific International Maritime Exposition.

Taking place at the ICC Sydney, the event showcases Queensland's Defence marine sector capabilities of which skills and training are key capabilities.

Attending this event has enabled BIA and Marine Jobs to meet key Defence supply chain businesses which include engineering, refit and repair, construction, communications and control systems as well as shipyards and slipways.

All of these sectors are facing critical skills shortages. That is why Marine Jobs and BIA work with industry stakeholders to identify and deliver programs to assist the Queensland defence industry.

Attending this event allows BIA to identify key opportunities for members to meet the needs of the Defence supply chain in Australia.
