Suntex Marina Investors LLC (Suntex), in partnership with Centerbridge Partners, L.P. and its affiliates, the nation's premier owner and operator of recreational marina properties, announced today the official acquisition of Kinship Marina in Ventura, California.

The addition expands Suntex's presence in California and adds another premier coastal marina to its rapidly growing West Region.

Situated at the crossroads of Ventura's bustling, historic downtown and the open-ocean adventure of the Channel Islands National Park, Kinship Marina is a highly coveted full-service coastal destination. The property accommodates a diverse range of boaters with its premium wet slips and secure dry storage options, serving as the ultimate launchpad for both regional day-trippers and long-distance offshore cruisers.
