Market leading east coast based dealer MW Marine has announced a restructure involving new offices and staff.

Established by well-known boat dealer Matthew Willett in 2010, MW Marine has an enviable reputation within the industry and with boat owners as a business that utilises a modern client focused approach. With a combination of technology and solid customer service they have set a benchmark for the industry whilst representing brands that deliver on quality and performance.

MW Marine will be opening a Port Stephens office on the NSW mid-north coast to complement their Sydney Harbour head office, and will also be operating under a new ownership structure with staff member Matt Millington taking up a share in the business.

Millington has been involved in the marine industry since an early age working on boats with his father, before going full time running a marine mechanical business and then onto working on project management for major shipyard and superyacht clients.

"After working with MW Marine for a time an opportunity arose to become a stakeholder in the business. The chance to work more closely with such a well-respected dealer such as Matt Willett was not one I could let pass by," said Millington

"He has enthusiasm and commitment that sits well with the ethos of the dealership," says Willett of Millington. "The time is right for the business to develop further and we are in an excellent position to build on our success in the market."

As the Jeanneau outboard dealer for NSW and QLD with over 35 units sold last year, MW Marine has firmly secured the French marque in a market that demands not just excellent product but comprehensive backup service fully supported by the parent factory.

MW Marine also represents local brand Maritimo in NSW and are currently at the factory to review the progress of the three new builds underway for expectant customers. Those with a passion for the more classically fishing orientated models are also catered for with the Robalo brand rounding off the MW Marine lineup.

At the 2018 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show MW Marine has a display of Jeanneau outboard models including the MF895, MF795, Cap Camarat 6.5WA, and the NC11 inboard cruiser. The newly launched Jeanneau MF1095 will have its Australasian debut at the 2018 Sydney International Boat Show in August.
