The third edition of the Marina Operations Manual is now available. The manual is intended to provide owners, managers and employees with an instrument that will help them develop their business into a highly efficient marina.

This comprehensive edition has six new topics:

  • pandemic management;
  • boats arriving from foreign ports
  • utilities management;
  • tenant site rules;
  • document control and privacy
  • extreme weather management.

The manual also has new forms and templates including updated risk assessment & audit forms, an updated legal requirement list and selected excel format forms.

  • MIA members can purchase the manual for AU$980
  • Members who have bought the previous editions can purchase the new edition at AU$269.
  • It is also available to non-members at AU$2,500.
