D-Marin, the selection of premium marinas, will develop Pylos Marina. Leading a partnership with TEMES S.A, bringing a multi-million euro investment to the Pylos and Messinia region.

D-Marin and the partnership plan to create a premium modern facility in Pylos, explicitly designed to enrich the yachting experience for high-value visitors from across Greece and internationally. Pylos Marina will benefit from D-Marin's commitment to customer service, luxury facilities, and their investment of over €10 million into digitalisation and innovation.

This new addition takes the number of marinas selected for the group to 20 stunning marina locations. Pylos joins three other luxury D-Marin marinas across Greece and within the last six months, D-Marin has acquired four new marinas, entering the market in Italy and Spain.

Pylos Marina has a berthing capacity of 129 yachts up to 30 meters in length overall and will include berths specifically for the local fishing fleet. Located in the Bay of Navarino the marina is very protected from wind.

Oliver Dörschuck, D-Marin's CEO, said: "The Messinia region has the potential to be one of the Mediterranean's finest yachting locations. Together with our highly reputable partner TEMES, we are committed to integrating the local needs as we transform the offering and put this exceptional location on the map of maritime tourism."

The investment in Pylos Marina will include development of the local area to provide more parking and areas for events, as well as other amenities and a focus on digitisation and sustainability. The wider area of the marina will be open to the public to freely enjoy its benefits.

Maritime tourism and yachting are expected to play a significant part in Greece's future tourism growth. The choice of D-Marin and TEMES as preferred investors of Pylos Marina for the next 40 years was taken by Hellenic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), a member company of GROWTHFUND - The National Fund of Greece.
