D-Marin, the selection of premium marinas, is presenting its marina innovations at Cannes Yachting Festival, Genoa Boat Show, and Monaco Yacht Show.

D-Marin has acquired five marinas since the last Autumn boat show season in 2022 to offer more choice and enable boaters to explore the Mediterranean using D-Marin's premium marina service at every stage of a voyage.

The marina network will highlight its focus on customer service, multi-million investment in digital and innovation, and its increasing selection of marinas across the Mediterranean and Gulf region.

Oliver Dörschuck, D-Marin's CEO, said: "We're delighted to be presenting our premium marina offering to the visitors of Cannes, Genoa, and Monaco boat shows. One thing is standing out and this excites me a lot: customers are adopting and using our digital solution, like sensors, for a better boat monitoring. Over 30% of our booming transient bookings are booked, confirmed, and paid fully online. In addition, we can clearly see an increase in customer satisfaction".

Its team will be available to explain how D-Marin is using technology to create a seamless and enriched yachting experience as customers travel through its expanding portfolio of marinas.

Using the D-Marin - Premium Marinas app, customers can use a host of intuitive features to make travelling across the network seamless and time at a marina effortless, whilst marina teams can utilise user profiles to provide bespoke, personalised experiences.

The app allows customers to have direct communication with the marina teams, as well as to be able to choose, book and renew marina berths in real-time, make payments, and complete check in procedures remotely.

D-Marin has also introduced Smart Pedestals to manage, monitor and optimise energy and water consumption, and Smart Sensors giving round-the-clock monitoring and real-time updates on a vessel's status and safety. Both of these digital innovations are connected to the D-Marin app.

The team will also be on hand to discuss the services and facilities which attract yachting enthusiasts and travellers to D-Marin.

Oliver Dörschuck, D-Marin's CEO, added: "D-Marin is reshaping the marina industry standard with our unrivalled customer service, seamless digital experiences, and expanding selection of marinas giving customers more choice as they explore some of the finest yachting destinations."
