Yanmar demonstrates commitment to innovation and performance improvements at boot Düsseldorf

YANMAR Marine International (YMI) is excited to share several innovations and technological advancements across its product range at this year's boot, Dusseldorf.

Benefits for YANMAR customers, the marine industry and the environment are demonstrated through YANMAR's commitment in delivering new generation innovations featuring enhanced efficiency and environmental performance.

Supporting the showcase of marine excellence across the YANMAR group brand partners: VETUS; MAXWELL; Flexofold and Smartgyro will also be exhibiting at the Show.

Enhanced control

YANMAR will be putting the spotlight on its latest innovations and developments; the JC20A is YANMAR's joystick control system for twin shaft drive powerboat applications and has been updated to offer enhanced levels of accuracy and control when maneuvering with intuitive ease. The JC10A joystick control has also been updated for twin sterndrive applications, offering an optimum responsive system combined with quick, smooth operation.

2050 Green Challenge

Aligning with YANMAR's 2050 Green Challenge, YANMAR continues to drive environmental improvements across their product range. The new after treatment for the 6LY400 and 6LY440 SCR engine, rapidly restores the performance and function of the system, lowering emissions for the benefit of the marine environment and ensuring IMO Tier III compliance required in more and more parts of the world.

Improvements for customers

Offering YANMAR customers the latest innovations for optimal performance, the versatile 4LV150-SD15 common rail engine with SD15 sail drive solution, is now available for sailing yachts up to 70ft* enabling owners of larger boats and catamarans to experience the full benefits of YANMAR's proven engine solutions range.

After years of unwavering support, YANMAR will also be demonstrating how they are once again, supporting the prestigious 37th edition of the America's Cup 2024.
