Besenzoni rewards the best customer service partners

Giorgio Besenzoni's company invited the best-performing customer service teams in 2023 from its extensive network to present them with the Customer Service Award 2023 as recognition of their expertise and performance levels.

On 1st of March, Besenzoni devoted a day to welcoming some of its best-performing and long-established Customer Service representatives to the company's premises in order to present them with the Customer Service Excellence Award 2023 as recognition of their commitment and dedication. The criteria for this award include technical expertise, helpfulness, responsiveness to unforeseen circumstances, the ability to deal with situations autonomously and speed of intervention.

The day was also an important opportunity to discuss and plan together the new strategy for 2024, a year that promises to be full of challenges and opportunities, and in which commitment to customer service and focus on the needs of customers will remain crucial. A good customer service becomes even more important during holiday periods thanks to our "We Care" customer service programme, which again this year will cover all the summer months, operating seven days a week.

Giorgio Besenzoni stated: "I am particularly happy to present this award to our Customer Service Partners who, through their commitment and dedication, provide shipowners with excellent levels of service. We are proud to have professionals who excel on all these fronts".

Besenzoni's Customer Service Division plays a very important role in the company's customer care strategy and has set a benchmark for shipowners all around the world. In fact, it boasts more than 220 dedicated sales and customer service units, managed by in-house trained, certified technicians. This team of professionals is constantly updated on product specifications and can successfully handle both straightforward and more complex requests, using the most appropriate intervention strategy depending on each individual case.
