Omikron Yachts marks milestones for the OT-60, OT-80 and Argo 54 Projects

by Omikron Yachts 16 Mar 2024 00:09 PDT

Omikron Yachts, an outpost of luxury yachting on the Greek frontier, is pleased to announce significant developments that span its lineup. While the OT-60 construction and delivery schedule is proceeding as planned, with a third hull already delivered, hull 4 to be delivered in April and hull 5 in the works, the shipyard announces the start of work on hull 6 and that the new OT-80 is under development. On top of that, the much larger Argo 54 project continues to make progress.

Omikron Yachts proudly announces the successful delivery of hull 3 of the OT-60, marking a significant milestone for the shipyard. As the team commemorates this achievement, the shipyard continues to operate at full capacity, with the delivery of hull 4 planned for the end of April and the construction of hull 5 as well as the start of the building process on hull 6. This accomplishment is a testament to Omikron Yachts' dedication to delivering exceptional yachts that embody a perfect blend of performance, luxury, and sustainability.

Building on the success of the OT-60, Omikron Yachts is thrilled to announce that the new OT-80 is under development. The OT-80 represents the next evolution in Omikron's concept of slow yachting. This endeavor is undertaken with the benefit of the genius collaborators that formed a proven team for the construction of the OT-60. Lorenzo Argento and the Juan-K office will ensure that the OT-80 continues the brand's tradition of pushing boundaries and setting new standards in the industry.

The 54-meter super sailing-boat, Argo 54, is progressing seamlessly. As Omikron Yachts delves deeper into the intricate details, all signs indicate that Argo 54 will establish new benchmarks in both performance and design. Key components, including the impressive 54m mast and the 22m boom, are already on-site, awaiting assembly.

Nikolas Dendrinos, Chairman of Olympic Marine, parent company of Omikron Yachts, remarks on these achievements: "The delivery of OT-60's Hull Number 3, the development of the OT-80, and the progress on Argo 54 all reflect our relentless pursuit of excellence. We are grateful for the collaboration with Lorenzo Argento and the Juan-K office, and we are excited to continue setting new standards in the world of luxury yachting."
