South Pier Marine showcases its first Arksen boats at Jersey Boat Show 4-6th May as a new Adventure and Discovery Series dealer.

Arksen, the pioneering outdoor lifestyle brand, announces its first dealer in the Channel Islands - South Pier Marine based in Jersey.

Now encompassing the highly successful PC Boat Sales Ltd, South Pier Marine, is aiming to create the Channel Islands' leading, full-service marine centre, offering an extensive range of new and pre-owned boats, engine and instrumentation servicing, shipwrighting and a comprehensive chandlery.

South Pier Marine ensures all customers make the most of their time on the water, providing expert advice and guidance regarding cruising destinations and local pilotage to help boost confidence when navigating locally. Customers also benefit from unparalleled support, from initial advice and guidance when choosing a vessel, to the purchase process and fit-out all subsequent servicing and maintenance works required.

The company has built a well-deserved reputation for its exceptional level of customer service. The shipyard at South Pier in St. Helier is soon to celebrate its centenary, welcoming their first Arksen vessels, the Adventure Series 28 and 30, just in time for the Jersey Boat Show. With their first Arksen 8 from the brand-new Discovery Series arriving this summer.

The Arksen 28 and 30 are both excellent choices for long weekend adventures, with all the conveniences you would expect from a premium offshore vessel. Featuring a tough aluminium hull, full-length foam sponsons and bumpers for protection, the Adventure Series is perfect for exploring the Channel Islands, an ideal location for boating with favourable weather conditions, a rich history and a multitude of rewarding and interesting landscapes and communities.

Paul Caunce, CEO of South Pier Marine, said: "We're very excited to be welcoming Arksen to our stable of the world's leading boat brands. We believe that boating should be at heart an adventure with family and friends, fuelled by a passion which carries us beyond new horizons. Arksen's amazing products are the perfect way to explore our precious natural world and we can't wait to introduce the brand to our customers.

Jersey Boat Show starts on Saturday 4th May and runs until Monday 6th May. Visitors to the event will find the Arksen boats on the South Pier Marine stand on St. Helier Marina's G Pontoon where they will showcase one of the show's largest range of boats alongside friendly and knowledgeable staff.

James Harris - Sales Manager at Arksen added: "At Arksen Marine we are delighted to collaborate with South Pier who are in the perfect position to support our growth. With a long history of supporting clients to get the best out of their adventures, Arksen customers will be well looked after and will benefit from their excellent customer service.

"The Channel Islands provide an amazing area for boating, with both tough conditions and incredible scenery, we feel our boats will excel in the area due to their capability to hop between the islands, over to France or just to explore more of the UK coastline".
