Marinas24 - Day 2: Alternative Marina Power Systems

by Marina Industries Association 19 May 2024 23:38 PDT 27-28 May 2024

The Marinas24 International Conference and Trade Exhibition is right around the corner, and we can't wait to welcome you to the Royal International Convention Centre (RICC) in Brisbane in just six days!

We are pleased to share that we already have over 370 delegates from 14 countries registered to attend, making this event a truly remarkable gathering of industry professionals.

On the second day of the conference, join us for the Alternative Marina Power Systems session led by John Hogan CMP, CEO of Superior Jetties, featuring Chris Cudlipp, CEO of Seavolt, and Daryn Stocks, Managing Director of EPC Solar.

We will explore the impact of alternative power systems on docking facilities and their integration with renewable energy sources. With the upcoming increase in electric boat numbers, the big question is: Where will the power come from? Our panel will delve into opportunities for marinas to make better use of renewable energy on land and water and will showcase a real-life example of potential improvements.

This session is essential for industry professionals who are looking to balance marina needs with new types of propulsion requiring new infrastructure, address inadequate supply from the grid, and explore opportunities for marinas to harness renewable generation on land and water.
