Following the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show in late May, the remainder of the boat show season is getting into full swing over the next couple of months.

Two weeks ago, the Sydney International Boat Show was successfully delivered by Mulpha Events on behalf of BIA Ltd. The 62nd Melbourne Boat Show takes place 17-20 October in Docklands, in Melbourne's CBD. The Sydney International Boat Show has concluded with extraordinary success for Eyachts, marking a pivotal moment the company as they continue to solidify their positions in the Australian boating market. The event, which took place 1-4 August, showcased a stunning array of vessels that captivated attendees, driving strong brand recognition and interest. Eyachts stole the spotlight at the Sydney Boat Show, with an impressive lineup that underscored their leadership in the adventure boats, dayboats and electric boating markets. The Axopar 29 Sun Top and the new Axopar 45 range, featuring both the Sun Top and Cross Cabin variants, attracted significant attention from visitors, affirming Eyachts' reputation for innovation and adventure on the water.

The Sydney Show proved to be a landmark event for TMG Yachts, with the company's display drawing large crowds and generating unprecedented interest. The success of the show underscored the strong market presence of both PRESTIGE Luxury Motor Yachts and Lagoon Catamarans and the growing demand for their innovative and high-quality vessels.

An interesting article on antifouling reached us this week. What is the future of antifoul technology in a world demanding increasingly environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions? Boatyards have a valuable role to play preserving the purity of our beautiful waterways. Many of us are uncertain about the performance of new, sustainable hull protection systems, and the governing regulation changes that are inevitable. Do these new products provide longer protection, and reduce the number of boatyard visits? Boatyard operators need to be agile, step up to challenges, explore new products and stay on the front foot for all important regulatory changes that will affect the availability of conventional antifouls.
