Lyman-Morse’s Fabrication division has been working hard on a groundbreaking new solar-powered vessel, the LMF 49. Upon completion, the LMF 49 "Firefly", a USCG-approved solar-powered, electric catamaran, will be heading south to Camden, New Jersey.

On the Delaware River, it will provide the environmental nonprofit, Upstream Alliance, with an on-water platform for research and educational programs that provide powerful experiences for conservation leaders who can improve public access, clean water, and coastal resilience, while also working to highlight the issues. We're excited about this new project and proud to be part of Upstream Alliance's mission.

Learn more about the project and Upstream Alliance's mission in this introductory video. More to follow!
