Flexiteek International appoints Adam Ramsden as new Group CEO

Flexiteek International has announced that Adam Ramsden has been appointed as Group CEO.

Adam joined Flexiteek in March 2025 and previously worked across the marine industry for the last 17 years in senior leadership roles in multi-national manufacturing companies.

Adam commented, "I am absolutely delighted to be joining Flexiteek and really look forward to working with the team and our valued customers."

In his newly appointed role, Ramsden will be responsible for developing Group operations and all commercial activities, working alongside Tomas Gustafsson in Sweden and Scott Berry in the UK who form part of the senior leadership team.

Anders Wilhelmsen, Chairman at Flexiteek International commented, "I am delighted to welcome Adam to our growing team. With his extensive 17 years of marine experience, he brings invaluable expertise to this new role, helping to drive our business forward and expand our opportunities."

With the recent launch of the Dame Award-nominated Flexiteek 3 range, this is an exciting time for Adam to join the Group.
