JMS Yachting, a global leader in superyacht management, proudly marks its 10th anniversary, celebrating a decade of delivering unparalleled services to the yachting industry.

The independent yacht management firm currently has offices in Monaco, Palma, Fort Lauderdale, the UK, and plans for a new office in Australasia. Alongside this milestone, JMS Yachting is delighted to announce its imminent expansion into Dubai, reinforcing its commitment to serving clients in key yachting hubs worldwide. Wins for three of the company's clients at the 2025 World Superyacht Awards further solidify its respected status in the luxury yachting sector.

Celebrating 10 years in business

This month, the company proudly marks its 10-year anniversary, celebrating a decade of dedicated service, innovation, and growth in the global yacht management industry. Founded in 2015 by Franc Jansen, the company has flourished into a leading independent yacht management firm with a global presence. With over 35 years of experience, including roles as a Navigational Officer, Marine Engineer, and Technical Manager, Franc Jansen established JMS Yachting with a vision to provide transparency, integrity, and professionalism. "From the beginning, our mission has been to manage yachts to the highest standards - focusing on compliance, value, and the wellness of the crew," said Mr. Jansen. "Being independent allows us to act without conflicts of interest, truly prioritising our clients' best interests."

"Our team is the heart of JMS Yachting. We are fortunate to have some of the most skilled, honest, and experienced professionals in the industry, including yacht captains, master mariners, former surveyors, and naval architects. Their expertise has not only shaped our company but has also allowed us to provide the highest level of service and assurance to our clients." - Franc Jansen

New office to open in Dubai

The company's expansion into Dubai, set to open in the coming weeks, taps into the UAE's booming luxury yacht market, driven by high-net-worth individuals and significant maritime infrastructure investments. This move aligns with JMS Yachting's mission to offer comprehensive services - operational and technical management, financial administration, crew management, and compliance oversight - tailored to regional needs.

Success at World Superyacht Awards

JMS Yachting's triple triumph at the 2025 World Superyacht Awards included wins for MY B (59.5m | Feadship) in the Displacement Motor Yachts category, MY Asteria (48.8m | Anastassiades & Tsortanides) for the Voyager's Award, and a Judges' Commendation for MY Seawolf X (42.8m | Rossinavi). "To walk away from Venice with not one, but three awards, is a truly unforgettable moment in our company's journey," said a JMS Yachting spokesperson. This success, coinciding with the 10th anniversary, reflects and solidifies the dedication of the team and commitment to clients.

As JMS Yachting embarks on its next chapter, with a fleet of over 50 yachts under management and a team of more than 30 seasoned professionals, it remains committed to excellence and continues to build on trust and relationships.
