NZ's superyacht sector celebrates progress

A celebration event for the superyacht industry hosted by NZ Marine was attended by crew from an impressive 30 superyachts, as well as 52 marine businesses.

NZ Marine says the event highlighted New Zealand's superyacht-friendly regulations, including a 21-month temporary import period and tax concessions for refits, supported by expanded marina and shipyard infrastructure in Auckland, Northland, and Tauranga.

These advantages make New Zealand an efficient and attractive destination for cruising and refit work.
