MarineMax is pleased to announce the appointment of Brendan Bailey as General Manager of MarineMax Dallas and MarineMax Dallas Yacht Center. Brendan brings nearly 30 years of marine industry experience and a strong connection to the Dallas market, where he grew up and previously led the Dallas location as General Manager.
During his prior tenure as General Manager, Brendan built a high-performing team and strengthened long-standing customer relationships that continue today. Over his 15 years with MarineMax, he has earned recognition as a three-time Chairman's Circle recipient and served as a member of the MarineMax Yacht Team, supporting clients across vessels ranging from 40 to 95 feet. His leadership style is rooted in team development, operational discipline, and a relationship-driven approach to customer service.
Most recently, Brendan was part of the MarineMax Fort Myers team, one of the company's flagship locations, where he collaborated with top-performing sales professionals and further refined his execution of the MarineMax experience model. He plans to bring those best practices back to Dallas while building upon the strong foundation already in place.
Brendan lives in Dallas and enjoys basketball, volleyball, and spending time on the water with his family, clients, and friends.
