Twin Disc Pacific, a renowned leader in marine transmission technology and systems integration, is proud to announce its appointment as the official distributor for Spot Zero® watermaker and purification systems across the Pacific region. This partnership represents a significant step in Twin Disc Pacific's ongoing commitment to delivering innovative, high performance solutions to the marine industry.

Spot Zero® purification systems are engineered to deliver ultra pure water for marine applications using a patented double-pass reverse osmosis system, resulting in water with virtually no dissolved solids, PFA's, chlorine, metals or microplastics, helping to eliminate water spotting, scale and mineral residue while reducing corrosion and maintenance requirements. The systems are widely used across the superyacht, recreational boating and commercial marine sectors, where water quality is critical to vessel presentation, equipment protection and operational efficiency.

"We are proud to be appointed as the official Spot Zero® distributor for the Pacific region," said Glenn Frettingham, Managing Director of Twin Disc Pacific. "The addition of Spot Zero® significantly strengthens our marine product portfolio and enhances our ability to deliver complete, high performance solutions to our customers across the region."

The third-generation of Spot Zero® watermaker systems transform seawater into reliable freshwater with unmatched efficiency, reliability and performance. Using new architecture, they have eliminated 95% of the plumbing in previous systems, resulting in a 33% smaller and 65% quieter system. With wireless remote support, built in redundancy and effortless operation, the latest generation allows owners to stay off-grid longer without worrying about resupply of water.

As part of the distribution rollout, Marine Solutions Australia has been appointed as the first officially authorised Spot Zero® dealership within the Twin Disc Pacific distribution network, providing local aftermarket sales, technical support and service to the South East Queensland marine market.

"Partnering with Twin Disc Pacific provides Spot Zero with a strong and established platform in the Pacific region," said Kevin Couvillon, Director of Sales & Marketing, Spot Zero®. "Their technical expertise and reputation within the marine industry make them an ideal partner. We are also pleased to see Marine Solutions Australia appointed as the first dealership, bringing Spot Zero aftermarket sales and support directly to vessel owners and operators in Australia."

Spot Zero® water purification systems will be showcased at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show 2026, held from 21-24 May 2026, on the Twin Disc Pacific stand (G-Pier), the launch will give visitors the opportunity to experience the technology firsthand, speak directly with product specialists and explore how Spot Zero is redefining onboard water quality.

Through Twin Disc Pacific's established distribution and service network, Spot Zero® systems will be supported with technical expertise, product training and aftersales service, with additional authorised dealerships to be announced as the network expands throughout the Pacific region.
