Fairview Sailing is delighted to announce a new partnership with Savvy Navvy, the award-winning digital navigation app, bringing additional benefits and navigation tools to Fairview charter customers.

As part of the collaboration, Fairview customers will gain access to intuitive smart route planning, real-time weather, wave and tidal information, up-to-date charts, and exclusive subscription offers, all available directly from their smartphone or tablet.

Designed to enhance the charter experience both before and during a trip, Savvy Navvy provides a simple and intuitive way for sailors to plan routes, explore cruising grounds and access key navigation information. Whether enjoying a weekend getaway on the Solent or embarking on a longer sailing adventure, customers can plan and navigate with confidence using a familiar, easy-to-use platform.

The partnership will extend beyond charter activities, with Fairview and Savvy Navvy also working together across sailing events, flotillas and training programmes. For regattas and group sailing events, Savvy Navvy's live location feature provides real-time fleet tracking, allowing participants and organisers to view vessel positions directly on the navigation chart.

Andy Byham, Managing Director of Fairview Sailing, said:

"Our aim is always to make getting out on the water as simple and enjoyable as possible. Savvy Navvy gives our customers a powerful navigation tool that helps with planning, routing and confidence afloat, whether they're sailing in the Solent or exploring further afield. We're delighted to be partnering with a brand that shares our passion for making sailing more accessible."

David Cusworth, Head of Partnership and Innovation at Savvy Navvy, said: "Today's boaters, especially those new to the water, are digital natives. With Savvy Navvy in their pocket, boaters always have an up-to-date chartplotter including marine weather, tidal data and smart routing at their fingertips, helping them stay safe on the water. Fairview has built a reputation for making boating accessible and enjoyable, and we're proud to support them with the right navigation tool - as well as features benefitting regattas, flotillas and training. Whatever their experience level, that's one less unknown when stepping onto an unfamiliar boat."

Savvy Navvy's smart routing technology combines chart data, weather forecasts, tides, waves, vessel information and local regulations to provide optimal routes and dynamic ETAs. Charts and essential navigation data can also be downloaded for use when internet connectivity is limited.

The partnership is available immediately, with Fairview customers now able to take advantage of an exclusive free trial and discounted Savvy Navvy subscription as part of their sailing experience.
