This year's Intermediate Marina Management (IMM) course drew a record 30 delegates to Fremantle Sailing Club, the largest cohort in the course's history.

Over four days, delegates covered everything from leadership and emergency management to finance foundations and marina law, toured three local sites, and pitched facilities enhancement projects to a review panel. Thank you to our presenters, Chris Mather, Chris Stone, Steve Ottaway CMM, Lorraine Yates CMP, Tim Smith, Bruce Birtwistle CMP and Phil Wardale CMM, for generously sharing their time and expertise and contributing to the course's success.

For those looking to take the next step, enrollments in this year's Advanced Marina Management Course are still open. The course will be held at Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron, 30 August to 4 September.

Enrolments are now open for the 2027 IMM course on the Gold Coast, 18 - 22 July. Email Lily at to secure your place on this internationally renowned course!
