Job vacancy available at Short Marine for the position of Sales Manager / Premium Client Manager. The role will include:
Brokerage
- Updating vendors
- Source new listings
- Sending listing proposals
- Sending listing agreements
- Gather inventory
- Coordinate photo shoot (with in-house marketing team)
- Writing boat listing adverts (as per framework)
- Organise SM Service pre-listing inspection
- Upsell/recommend required service work
- Negotiating deals
- Sending offer to purchase document
- Manage surveys
- Coordinate handover liaising with service team
- Handover boat
- Complete settlement statement and send vendor
Premium Client / Delivery Manager
- Introduction from Salesperson
- Organise extra's meeting with Product Delivery Managers
- Send extras quote
- Finalise FOC on B2B
- Update when boats goes into production
- Update when boat is shipped and expected ETA
- Inform of expected handover date and process
- Quote insurance
- Handover boat
- Post handover follow up
New Boat Sales
- Assist in preparing boats for viewing/inspections
- Assist writing boat sales proposals
- New Capelli sales
- New Grady-White sales
