End of Stock Exchange Listing of HanseYachts AG

Delisting of HanseYachts shares from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will be effective at the end of 17 May 2024.

On 14 May 2024, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange informed HanseYachts AG, Greifswald, that it has granted the requested revocation of the listing of the shares of HanseYachts AG. The revocation will take effect at the end of 17 May 2024 and thus the HanseYachts share (ISIN DE000A0KF6M8) will no longer be traded on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange at the end of 17 May 2024. HanseYachts will also request the regional stock exchanges in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart as well as the trading platforms Tradegate Exchange and gettex that HanseYachts shares are no longer traded on the OTC market as soon as possible after 17 May 2024 and that any existing listings are discontinued.

The delisting follows the delisting tender offer made by HY Beteiligungs GmbH on 10 April 2024, for which the offer period expired on 8 May 2024 and which led to a tender of around 5.26% of the shares of HanseYachts AG to HY Beteiligungs GmbH.

After 17 May 2024, all transparency obligations associated with a listing on a regulated or organised market, such as the ad hoc disclosure obligation and the obligation to prepare half-yearly financial reports and quarterly statements, will no longer apply.
