Advance Yacht Systems is thrilled to announce the launch of the latest Paguro generators, setting new benchmarks in marine power technology.

This product line-up includes the Paguro 5.5 Mini Y, the Paguro 14 VK, the Paguro 18 VK, and the Paguro 22 EK, each designed to cater to a diverse range of marine needs with innovative features and outstanding performance.

Leading the new range is the Paguro 5.5 Mini Y, a marvel of engineering that delivers 5 kVA/4.5 kW of continuous power at just 70kg, plus an additional 5kg for the inverter. This groundbreaking generator employs Permanent Magnet Generator (PMG) technology to achieve significant weight savings without compromising performance. Measuring a compact 530 x 460 x 570 mm, the Paguro 5.5 Mini Y is perfect for small to medium-sized boats where space is at a premium. Its single-cylinder YANMAR L100 engine ensures quiet operation at just 53 dB(A) at 7 metres, and it comes complete with a sound capsule and digital control panel for ease of use.

The Paguro VK range also introduces two versatile options, the Paguro 14 VK and Paguro 18 VK, catering to higher power needs with variable speed capabilities. Both models are designed with PMG technology, enabling high power output with reduced weight, making them ideal for larger performance boats that demand both flexibility and efficiency.

The Paguro 14 VK offers a range of 2000-3000 rpm. This generator provides 14 kVA/14 kW of power while weighing just 165 kg plus a 15 kg inverter. It measures 770 x 460 x 620 mm and features a three-cylinder Lombardini 1003 engine that operates quietly at 50-53 dB(A) at 7 metres.

With similar speed range capabilities, the Paguro 18 VK delivers 18 kVA/18 kW. Weighing 175 kg plus a 15 kg inverter and measuring 890 x 580 x 650 mm, it is powered by a four-cylinder Lombardini 1404 engine and also operates quietly at 50-53 dB(A) at 7 metres.

For larger vessels with substantial power requirements, the Paguro 22 EK stands out. Operating at a slow 1500 rpm, it delivers a robust 22 kVA / 20 kW. Weighing 520 kg and measuring 1224 x 631 x 828 mm, it is powered by a four-cylinder Kohler KDI 2504 engine. This generator is renowned for its innovative water cooling system that prevents excessive heat build-up, and it operates at a quiet 49 dB(A) at 7 metres. Designed for yachts over 60 feet, the Paguro 22 EK is the largest and most powerful generator in the Paguro range, combining high power output with advanced features.

The Paguro brand is a hallmark of compact marine generators and continues to lead the industry with its commitment to quality, durability and superb performance. Manufactured in Udine, Italy, near the famous Barcolana Sail Race, Paguro generators embody the perfect blend of innovation and tradition, ensuring a reliable power solution for marine environments.

"We're excited to introduce the latest range of Paguro generators," commented Rob Cotterill, Managing Director at Advance Yacht Systems. "The VK range of generators provides OEM boat builders with size and weight advantages at higher power outputs, while the Paguro 22 EK caters to the largest power demands. The Paguro 5.5 Mini Y, in particular, offers an exceptional balance of power and compactness, building on the success of the Paguro 4 Mini Y."
