Marina Port Andratx is embarking upon a new chapter under the management of IPM Group, joining a distinguished portfolio of marinas and refit yards across the Balearics and mainland Spain.

Nestled in the natural harbour of Andratx - one of the Mediterranean's most iconic bays - and embraced by the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, Marina Port Andratx will feature 547 berths for yachts up to 30 metres.

Its size lends itself to a close, personalised approach, set within a marina deeply embedded in the maritime and social life of Port d'Andratx.

This new chapter includes the official adoption of a new name: Marina Port Andratx. What's more, the marina has unveiled a logo and a revamped corporate identity inspired by its surroundings. This revamp embodies a clear ambition to shape a strong and coherent identity, inspired by the lighthouse at the heart of the marina, reinforcing its positioning as a yachting and lifestyle destination, while aligning its communications with the group's standards and management ethos.

Continuity, team and long-term vision

The project retains the experienced team that has led the marina to date, ensuring seamless operations and on-the-ground knowledge of the port. The integration of IPM Group enhances the management structure and creates internal synergies, ensuring a smooth and carefully coordinated transition.

Patrick Reynés, CEO of IPM Group, said that "we are joining Marina Port Andratx with the utmost respect for the work carried out to date and with a clear intention to build on this. The human team is the cornerstone of any project. By working together, we are confident that we'll further refine day-to-day operations and continue to elevate service quality with a forward-looking and optimistic outlook".

A commitment to water sports and local maritime tradition will remain at the heart of the marina's DNA, in line with the IPM philosophy. This commitment will be further reflected in a more vibrant sporting and social programme, with regattas and sea-related activities creating spaces for the yachting community to come together and encouraging the marina's active integration into the life of Port d'Andratx.

A strategic step in the Mediterranean

IPM Group's growth is driven by a model rooted in operational excellence, respect for the environment and a long-term, sustainable vision.

José María Campuzano, CEO of IPM Group, explained that "Marina Port Andratx is a port with a clearly defined identity and a strong connection to its surroundings. Our commitment is to build on that essence while bringing our expertise in marina management with a focus on continuity and respect".

With this new addition, IPM Group has expanded its presence in the Balearic Islands, where it already manages Marina Port de Mallorca, STP Shipyard Palma, Marina Ibiza, Marina Port Ibiza, Varadero Ibiza and Marina Port Mahón, along with its facilities in the Valencia region such as Marina Port Valencia, Varadero Valencia and Monzó Yacht Painting.
