Sunreef Yachts reinforces its position among the global leaders of luxury yacht manufacturing, delivering strong 2025 results and unveiling Beyond 2030, a structural transformation designed to scale the company toward €1 billion in annual revenue by the end of the decade.

Backed by solid financial results, expanded industrial capacity and a clear strategic vision, the company enters its next growth phase with confidence and purpose.

Strong financial performance in 2025

In 2025, Sunreef Yachts increased its revenue by 10% compared to 2024, achieving a net profit of €40 million. The company ranked as the 6th largest shipyard worldwide in the 24m+ segment, further consolidating its leadership position in the luxury multihull and superyacht market.

This performance reflects the resilience of Sunreef's premium positioning, diversified client base and continued demand for bespoke sailing and power catamarans.

Expanding industrial capabilities across two strategic hubs

To support its growth trajectory, Sunreef is implementing a €30 million industrial expansion program across its two major production facilities.

The Ras Al Khaimah UAE facility now brings together more than 1,100 highly skilled artisans, engineers and collaborators, and will soon integrate new composite and CNC production units, an enlarged carpentry workshop and upgraded logistics infrastructure. These enhancements are scheduled to be fully operational by summer 2026.

In Gdansk, Poland, where the shipyard employs over 2,000 specialists, construction of a new 160 meter production hall is under way, significantly increasing overall manufacturing capacity and operational efficiency.

These investments reinforce Sunreef's vertically integrated production model and ensure scalability in line with future demand.

Beyond 2030: a clear strategic vision

Under its newly unveiled strategic roadmap, Beyond 2030, Sunreef is accelerating the development of its global sales architecture, expanding strategic partnerships and reinforcing representation in key markets.

Beyond 2030 formalizes a transformation already under way, aligning industrial capacity, commercial architecture and technological innovation toward accelerated global scale.

The objective is clear: €1 billion in annual revenue by 2030. This ambition will be driven by:

  • Continued industrial expansion
  • Continuous new yacht design and product development
  • Further premiumization of the product range
  • Technological leadership in next generation sustainable yachting solutions
  • Superyacht expansion through new builds and projects under development
  • Geographic diversification in high growth regions

Leadership statement

"In a demanding market, our performance confirms the consistency of our strategy," said Francis Lapp, Founder and CEO of Sunreef Yachts. "Beyond 2030 is about scaling with purpose, investing, innovating and positioning Sunreef among the absolute leaders of global yachting. Our goal is clear: €1 billion in revenue while remaining independent and future driven."

With a strong financial foundation, expanding global footprint and a clearly articulated roadmap, Sunreef Yachts continues to shape the future of luxury multihull and sustainable yachting, entering the next decade with momentum and determination.
