Absolute Yachts announces the appointment of Alessandro Tirelli as Chief Executive Officer, leading the shipyard since the beginning of this year.

The appointment is part of the growth and evolution journey that Absolute Yachts has consistently pursued, further strengthened by Wise Equity's entry into the company's shareholding structure in 2024.

This path aims to build on the shipyard's solid industrial foundations and distinctive identity, taking the company into a new chapter of development and further establishing its position in international markets.

With the appointment of Alessandro Tirelli, Absolute Yachts continues its journey with a strong focus on continuity, combining the strength of the values, expertise and people who have built the brand with an increasingly ambitious vision for the future.

In this new phase, a fundamental role is also played by Board members who made a decisive contribution to the foundation of the shipyard and to the definition of Absolute's identity. Their longstanding experience and in-depth knowledge of the product represent a distinctive asset, supporting the company as it embraces the new challenges ahead.

A particularly important part of this history is Angelo Gobbi, a key figure in the growth of Absolute Yachts and in shaping the shipyard's identity. His contribution was instrumental in consolidating the company's core and, over the years, in defining a vision for the product and the brand that has set Absolute apart within the high-end yachting sector. This wealth of expertise and experience, always with an eye to the future, represents an important part of Absolute's history and remains one of the foundations on which the shipyard continues to build its evolution.

"The appointment of Alessandro Tirelli represents an important step for Absolute Yachts. His experience and vision fit into a development path that builds on solid foundations and looks ambitiously to the future, while enhancing the identity and expertise that have always distinguished Absolute," said the members of Absolute Yachts' Board Sergio Maggi, Chief Technical Officer, Marcello Bè, Chief Operating Officer, and Giuseppe Bertocci, Chief of Manufacturing.

"I am very proud to take the helm of Absolute Yachts at such an important moment in its history," said Alessandro Tirelli, CEO of Absolute Yachts. "Absolute is a company with a strong identity, expressed through a distinctive product and, above all, through the people who over the years have built a unique wealth of expertise. It is on these solid foundations that we want to build Absolute's next chapter, further evolving the company, elevating its positioning and projecting its identity into the future."

"We want to enhance what Absolute is today while, at the same time, continuing to shape what it can become tomorrow. For us, evolving means continuing to innovate without losing our identity, further strengthening the product and the way Absolute expresses itself in its markets, while continuing to interpret the needs of an increasingly sophisticated international clientele."

The new phase will focus on consolidating and developing Absolute Yachts' positioning within the international high-end yachting sector, through further enhancing both the product and the brand, while reinforcing the shipyard's distinctiveness and its dialogue with key markets.

A new chapter rooted in a rich history and deeply held values, giving shape to a new expression of Absolute's identity while preserving those distinctive traits that have defined its character over the years and continue to represent its DNA.
