If it floats, powers, paddles or pulls up dinner, The Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show is calling all boaties and fishos back on deck this May.
Dropping anchor at the Auckland Showgrounds from 14-17 May, the country's biggest and most trusted boating and fishing event is serving up a packed programme of new gear, hands-on experiences and family-friendly action — plus a few surprises to celebrate its 70 year anniversary!
The significant anniversary will see the show introduce a raft of new additions - first and foremost the biggest door prize in its history - a grand prize of a Surtees/Yamaha boat package worth over $380,000, proving once and for all that this event isn't afraid to reel in its visitors with the big baits! Add to that kids' and women's fishing workshops, both run by well-known fishing personality Nicky Wilson, designed to build confidence, skills and a lifelong love of the water. Shimano Masterclasses with Matt Watson, Safety & Education Workshops, a daily giveaway of a Viking Kayak and a whole lot more family fun.
