An apprenticeship at Pendennis opens the door to a wide variety of career pathways, and we're happy to announce that our 2026 apprenticeship scheme will be open to applications very soon. Our apprentices develop a wide range of practical, hands-on skills, alongside the trade-specific expertise needed to build a long-term career with us. Beyond the workshop, we offer a variety of confidence-building activities designed to support personal growth and development.

Training sits at the heart of everything we do at Pendennis. As highlighted in this clip, our Operations Director Charlie Ross and graduate apprentice Joe Hayes share how there are multiple opportunities for further training and development once you complete the Pendennis apprenticeship scheme. As a perfect example, Joe is currently working at our Mediterranean base Pendennis Vilanova to develop his skills, gain valuable experience and assist the team in Spain.

This week we are also celebrating National Apprenticeship Week, where our apprentices will be out in the local community, volunteering their time and skills to support good causes. Watch out for updates as we'll be following their projects as the week unfolds.
